About Roshni John

Data is the new oil'~ Clive HumbyI truly believe in that statement because data can unlock insights that drive business decisions. However, data is not very useful in its raw form—you need to refine, shape, and mould it to uncover its true value. That’s where I come in. I am a Business Intelligence Developer with 6+ years of experience in transforming raw data into actionable insights using tools like Power BI and Alteryx and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.I began my journey at Infocepts, where I was trained in Business Intelligence Development, Data Warehousing, and Analytics. I worked with data from diverse domains including Media, Movies, Finance, and Healthcare.Currently, I'm at PwC India, helping PwC US's Human Resource Operations team accelerate business processes and generate insights on their hiring practices. When I’m not in my corporate mode, you’ll find me trekking in the mountains, basking in the warm sun of beach towns, or indulging in my love for anime and Japanese culture, which led me to clear the Japanese Proficiency Test.Let's connect and explore how my skills can add value to your team.
