College graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Human Services. I am a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and team building skills. With me includes a proven track record of taking on additional responsibility while quickly adapting to new processes and procedures. I work effectively with others; exercise good judgment; am flexible, reliable and Bi-lingual (Spanish). My knowledge and experience demonstrates the importance of how inclusion will assist in our organizations goals to provide proper information to the clients we service. I am confident with employee participation and Team Work, EDD mission values and goals, our different sights of opinions, fairness, knowing the surrounding markets and neighborhoods, and each utilizing our different thought process we will excel. As a member of the Organization,"Parents of Murdered Children." I have been able to help not only myself, but so many more parents along the way! My volunteer work in the past for the "Crisis Response Team" for the City of Los Angeles has prepared me for possibly any type of Homeland Security Disaster, and even a Natural Disaster.
