About Rosie Vanadestine

Over my professional life I have acquired a variety of skills. I have extensive Economic and Community Development experience having worked in small towns, regional entities and large cities. I have managed nonprofit organizations from very small to mid sized. I earned a degree in Public Administration with the ambition to become a town/city manager. I have a diverse financial background including budgeting, oversight and revolving loan fund management. I am capable with HR/Personnel areas. I have solid grant writing and administration experience. I have extensive project management skills as well as facilitation of strategic planning processes. I have had several mentors over the years that have helped me grow and realize my professional path. If not for their support and encouragement I would have never been able to overcome the many obstacles that were put in my path and for that I will be forever grateful.
