With over a decade of experience in the third sector, I specialise in empowering families and children affected by sight loss through empathetic communication and solution-focused support. As an Advice Service Adviser at RNIB, I provide tailored guidance to connect families with resources such as assistive technology, emotional support, and welfare advice. My mission is to foster independence and confidence by addressing individual needs with compassion and expertise. Previously, I coordinated impactful support initiatives for children and families at Action for Blind People, focusing on inclusion and well-being. My work reflects a deep commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and practical solutions for visually impaired communities.
