I have a total 15 years of experience in marketing and sales roles in the media industry primarily focused on software marketing and sales. With 10+ years of management experience in sales in both publishing and events I have experience across numerous countries and cultures achieving a broad insight into business practices.Previous roles included the growth and development of the entire sales operations for CDM Media in the Americas. In this role I was responsible for training, recruitment and sales contract negotiations across new and existing accounts globally as well as managing the sales operations and staff at the companies headquarters in Chicago. Also, developing the first programs for GDS International that were held in Africa and the Middle East. The Markets are still strong contributors to GDS bottom line revenue today.In these roles I was also required to support regional company expansion with strategic marketing plans including business development and marketing efforts across partner network of senior analysts and associations.
