Product Manager with an engineering background, I take a practical, user-focused approach to solving complex problems—especially where hardware, software, and real-world operations intersect. I currently work in the digital signage space, leading the development of solutions that help businesses deliver dynamic, location-specific content across screens at scale, making it easier to manage, update, and optimise messaging in real time.Previously, I worked as a Product Manager and Technical Lead in the mining industry, where I applied Industry 4.0 technologies to monitor and optimise critical operational processes. I led cross-functional teams to develop tools that turned industrial data into actionable insights, driving improvements in efficiency, safety, and decision-making.Before transitioning into product, I worked as a Senior Application Engineer delivering CAD and PLM solutions to the engineering industry, helping businesses improve the way they design products, which often sit at the core of their value proposition. I collaborated closely with sales, pre-sales, and support teams to deliver services that optimise engineering workflows and product development lifecycles.One of the most formative parts of my career was building augmented reality (AR) applications for the manufacturing sector—tools that guided technicians through processes and helped sales teams communicate product value in a more engaging and visual way. That experience, blending engineering precision with human interaction, is what sparked my passion for UX and ultimately led me into product management.I’m driven by solving real-world problems, building tools that matter, and working with teams that value clarity, execution, and impact.
