Bringing 15 years of CEO leadership team and Board experience in the Wealth and Retirement sectors, focused on improving the standard of financial literacy, retirement incomes and well being for Australians. Whilst I have led some large teams, I have an ability to flex to small teams and have established many teams from scratch. I embrace challenges through creative thinking, with demonstrated strategic planning and influencing skills. A client /member growth orientated leader with extensive transformation and commercial success, with solid compliance, risk management and regulatory knowledge.
