I love helping business owners & leaders take their organization to the next level, whether a start-up or an existing business; I help managers manage better, and become better people-managers. I’ve conducted keynote speeches for organizations such as Boeing, Nokia-Siemens, BMW, Vistage, Midwest Association of Student Employment Administrators, and just about every car club in the country! Much of what I’ve learned is a result of my career driving race cars. I was fortunate enough to win the 1998 USRRC GT3 Driver's Championship, as well as the 2003 Rolex Daytona 24-Hour race. I also competed in the CART Indy car series in the early 90’s. I love what I do!
