About Ross Brown

Deep-seated passion for aviation and spaceflight since I was toddler. Drove me to excel in science and engineering as an applied science, and steered me to excel on the cutting edge of aerospace. Had the opportunity to excel in roles that satisfies my desire to master new challenges. My habit of continuously picking up new subject matter expertise in all phases of engineering and applied science has led to promotions and increased responsibilities at previous employers. I love working within teams who challenge me to grow my knowledge and technical skills. My curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible is deep-seated, especially in areas outside of my 'comfort zone'. While I am proud of my many successes, various mistakes and missteps taught me valuable lessons and to always persevere in the face of adversity. I've developed the skills necessary to overcome unexpected challenges by identifying root causes quickly and devise successful new approaches. Relentlessly looking for solutions drives me forward. My refusal to compromise my personal and professional integrity, to conduct myself with respectful honesty, and maintaining a positive forward-thinking attitude has guided my approach to work throughout my career. I thrive best in an environment that values teamwork, quality, and engineering excellence. The time I have spent working over the years has been absolutely mission-oriented – a relentless focus on exceeding expectations in every way I can. I believe in accountability, leading by example, and excellence in practice. 32 years of acquiring skills and knowledge of engineering has given me an extremely broad base of knowledge. This wisdom has let me dexterously deliver real, valuable results for more than 28 years. Whatever the challenge, there is always a solution. Simply a matter of letting solutions to blossom wherever they are.
