I’m an experienced property professional mainly working in the retail sector. Working as Head of UK investment and transactions and also a Senior Asset Manager at Estama. I have extensive experience in the leasing of shopping centres, high street property and fashion parks, and in implementing asset management strategies to maximise their performance, and also have considerable experience in development leasing, undertaking detailed analysis and securing quality tenants. Experienced in detailed analysis, due diligence, including complex cash flow modelling, retail business plans and market analysis. Having worked in fund management I understands the potential constraints of properties and developments that are held in joint ventures, funds, or mixed ownerships. I have excellent contacts with retailers, landlords, banks and agents. I have advised on circa £2bn shopping centre acquisitions and disposals highlights include Broadway Shopping Centre Fulham, Grand Central Birmingham, and Royal Exchange London. Advised one of the under bidders on the 30% stake in Bluewater that was sold in 2014. Outside work I enjoy staying fit and completed Ironman Wales in 2011, main passions are cycling, running and skiing and spend my weekends trying to tire out Scooby our dog.
