About Ross Cargo

I am an education and training professional with extensive experience building strong, long-term relationships to find the most effective training solutions that meet key enterprise objectives. These relationships are with both business partners and training stakeholders. My commitment to and passion for training can be used within an organization to improve employees’ knowledge and skills, or with clients to promote a company’s products and services. Along with professional training experience, which has been primarily in the financial sector, I have extensive volunteer experience as a coach and trainer in youth athletic programs. For example, I’ve been the head coach for cross country and co-head coach for track & field for Parker Panthers Cross County and Track & Field team for nearly 20 years. As a lifelong learner, I can easily absorb, master, and deliver new information with skill in breaking down complex topics into easy to understand terms. This capacity has served me well in both my professional and volunteer roles.
