Chambers is an experienced leader with more that 10 years of management experience. Highlights include being selected as a Consumer Experience Manager for the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company, which is the driving force behind Harley-Davidson's sponsored community driven club, the Harley Owner's Group - a dynamic innovation in customer service that was first to develop a subculture of consumption that actively increases customer satisfaction and brand loyalty at the same time. Chambers has also worked as the General Manager of Harley-Davidson Ostrava, a dealer that he helped establish then run from 2010 to 2013. While general manager, he was responsible for daily operations and management of the staff, strategy and leadership. He was also directly involved in marketing strategies and implementation at a dealership whose primary focus was on exceptional customer service and leadership in the local motorcycle enthusiasts' community. Chambers also has extensive experience in training and consulting in customer service, management soft skills for middle and upper management and leadership and development of company culture. Chambers is a native Nebraska in the United States of America. He has lived for the past 10 years in the Czech Republic and can speak Czech fluently.
