About Ross Dickson

I’m a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record across the solar, fitness, and customer service industries. I specialise in lead generation, appointment setting, and high-quality customer engagement — consistently exceeding KPIs and ranking among top performers in multiple roles. My experience spans cold and warm outreach, social media prospecting, pipeline management, and tailored discovery conversations. I excel at building rapport quickly, uncovering pain points, and guiding prospects toward solutions that genuinely improve their lives — whether that’s adopting solar energy or achieving health and fitness goals. Highly adaptable and confident across phone, CRM systems, and digital communication channels, I thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments. I bring strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and a commitment to continuous growth, with experience in both remote and in-office roles. I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to teams where performance, integrity, and customer experience matter.
