About Ross Guida

As a software product owner with EagleView Ross took a leading role in delivering new drone based solutions to the insurance industry for exterior property inspections. Deeply integrating into a collegial culture and close knit workforce based on transparent partnerships, all driving towards an aligned common goal. In this position Ross was SAFe (Scaled Agile) certified. In his former role at Liberty Mutual Ross managed the Guaranteed Repair Network (GRN) program for the company, helping manage ~1.0 Billion in roof damage loss and ensuring customers were given repair options when unexpected storms hit. Ross also led the company's charge to explore the drone space to leverage emerging tech to apply to the claims estimation process. Previously Ross had taken on the challenge of managing the Estimation Process for Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance's Property Product team. While here Ross managed the estimating guidelines and contents procedures used by field adjusters. Successful outcomes were realized through leveraging strategic process change principles, standardization of procedures, close relationships & communication with field adjusters, all to tighten up performance & improve outcomes. In his past role with EnPro Ross became an effective strategy consultant, managing engagements with quantified results across North America and Europe. He has also been recognized by top company executives as an innovation leader, where he used these skills as a member of the "Corporate Innovation Council," to enhance business opportunities. These accomplishments are rounded out by the enriching experience of attending the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where Ross focused his studies on Strategy Consulting, Innovation, and analytics based project management. In addition, as a proven & trusted military adviser, leader, and coach, Ross played key roles in setting U.S. Submarine Force training policy and content to professionally develop junior submarine officers from '07-'09. In '06 & '07 Ross was stationed in Baghdad, where he was personally awarded for superior performance of his duties, the most demanding of which involved keeping three and four star generals informed of the Iraqi Army’s training progress in '06 & '07.
