My competitive nature coupled with my creative “think outside the box” approach supplements my vivacious personality, allowing me to approach any situation with a unique perspective, and is ultimately responsible for my continual success. My peers and associates alike sense and thrive off my passion, sharing my enthusiasm while looking to me for my insight with leadership to accomplish our goals. My success in the first position I've had the opportunity to develop an extremely diverse variety of skills resulted from my opportunity to exercise critical thought. Using SWOT techniques, I had the autonomy to create programs and host events as I saw fit in order to grow the multi-million dollar sector I oversaw. The unique edge I contribute led my business sector from its original last place position in district to a top five place in the region, and my intuitive problem solving plus adaptability ensure I encounter similar results whatever new challenge I tackle. I set and achieve goals, I take the initiative to apply creativity to accomplish those tasks, I have yet to find the need to make excuses for shortcomings in my business, and most of all, I thrive under pressure. I actively live the belief that we are always in a position to grow, learning from our every experience. It is my goal to continue to challenge myself, applying my already acquired skill set, or tackling a brand new one. Through these challenges I plan to discover opportunities for growth, both personal and professional. This assures I always can maintain the edge required for top level performance.
