About Ross Hoffner

With over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, and engineering, I am passionate about driving data and digital transformation that supports business objectives and creates value for customers and stakeholders. As the Head of Architecture and Engineering at Takeda, I lead an international team of architects and engineers to design and build Takeda’s Enterprise Data Platform, a scalable and secure platform that enables data, analytics, and machine learning capabilities across the enterprise.I am accountable for the overall technical, application, and data architecture of the platform, and I partner with service delivery leadership peers to define a long-term strategy and goals for the platform. I also create a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business objectives, and establish OKRs and performance measures to deliver meaningful results. In addition, I promote the adoption of architectural best practices, such as TOGAF and Agile, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within my team and across the organization. My mission is to help Takeda achieve its vision of becoming a data and digital leader in the healthcare industry.
