I am an ACA qualified finance executive with strong European management experience along with combined strategic, financial and business development skills, and more than 15 years experience working with private equity stakeholders. I have a proven track record from taking proof of concept businesses to commercialisation as well as devising large scale business transformation and streamlining strategies, whilst simultaneously managing International blue-chip accounts. I consider myself a highly strategic and tactical leader who operates across multiple sites; utilising negotiation, external partnership building and acquisition experience to deliver commercial and financial success. I have been directly responsible for revolutionising a niche US subsidiary into a European market leader through systematic and calculated strategic planning and effective execution of an acquisition plan; these actions ultimately led to annual turnover and EBITDA more than doubling in the last 5 years. Throughout my career I have thrived on the establishment and building of new professional relationships, believing in the delivery of exceptional customer service whist safeguarding significant savings.Latterly I have been working with an innovative circular economy business, assisting in the transition from proof of concept to commercialisation, and leading the fund raising to support this.
