Manage the issuance of “Letters of Intent” and/or Contract Agreements. •Administration of “Constr Control Docs” QA/QC Review Plans Review Preliminary Liens Submittals Change Orders Detailed Construction Schedule Review /provide assistance to owner in monthly Invoicing •Mgnt of Construction: Facilitate weekly OAC mgs wkly mtgs with proj teams Perform QC, and safety inspections with superintendent Reconcile and close out project.
