I spent over 15 years in banking - from branch roles at Lloyds to managing multiple sites at Metro Bank and leading a UK-wide delivery team at the British Business Bank. I understand the challenges financial institutions face because I've lived them. Now at nCino, I help banks across EMEA modernise how they work. I translate what lending transformation actually means in practice - from onboarding and loan origination through to continuous credit monitoring - whether that’s corporate and commercial lending (from SME through to large corporates), mortgages, or retail product lines. My job is to bridge the gap between complex technology and real operational change. I've been on both sides, so I know what questions to ask, what problems to solve, and how to show banks what's genuinely possible. Based just outside London, I’m always open to connecting and exploring the future of banking and financial services innovation.
