Closing in on 10+ years of Telecommunication experience where I work with some incredibly talented individuals. I have helped mentor /coach close to 100 people over the years and work with cross functional teams to make things better. Winner of multiple awards including President's Club, Club 100, and there is even award named after me which is very flattering. Not many people can say that. I like to nuture an environment where teams can excel and perform exceptionally well and lead by example. Day to day, I''m responsible for building relationships and creating partnerships with businesses. A lot of people don't realize how much we do on the business side, which can be a good conversation. I am more curious to learn more about people's businesses and what their objectives are. I have worked with every industry. Both Canadian and international.
