About Ross Lemire

Licensing and Business Development Associate in Physical Sciences for Skysong Innovations, Arizona State University's technology transfer partner and a business unit of ASU Enterprise Partners. I work with faculty and our in house legal team to license ASU technology to both faculty driven startup companies and to existing companies. I expect to leverage my 20 years in the Semiconductor industry to help grow ASUs support and collaborations and enhance Arizona's reputation as the hub of US semiconductor manufacturing and R&D. I have over 20 years of experience in semiconductor supplier relationship management, internal workforce development, data-based goal setting and outcome management, financial analysis and modeling, team building, negotiations, intellectual property agreements, new process development and ongoing process improvement. I am a demonstrated effective trainer experienced in workforce development in both the corporate and volunteer organizations with expertise in the areas of servant leadership development, creating effective teams, relationship management, organizational strategy, and effective negotiations. Confident public speaking experience. Proven cross functional team leadership skills, demonstrated ability to set strategic and tactical objectives and drive results through positive accountability by setting clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
