About Ross Liddicott

Having worked in a diverse range of job roles I have developed a wide ranging skill-set and a number of transferable skills to allow me excel in a number of environments, with education being my current area of work as it has been for the last 5 years. I am a hard-working and driven individual who is confident to challenge others when necessary in order to drive change and achieve success. I enjoy taking on new challenges whether it is as part of a team and have gained valuable teamwork skills through both employment and through my own involvement in Sport; however as an individual I have the ability to work using my own initiative and the self-motivation to be successful. As well as being a conscientious person who works hard and has a meticulous attention for detail, I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others making me an ideal team member. I work efficiently and effectively through prioritising my workloads in order to meet deadlines, while thriving on the pressure of coordinating activities at all levels. Through my work in Education, Sports Coaching,overseeing Sport Projects and my own involvement in Sport as a participant, I have developed a wide range of excellent communication skills both written and verbal that allow me to engage at an appropriate level to those around me. I manage many aspects of my work including pastoral, well-being or safeguarding with the respect and confidentiality of information with integrity and trust as I am an open and approachable person who listens and works cooperatively with those I engage with.
