My career is characterized by a deep commitment to the advancement of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS), where I have played a pivotal role in policy development, regulatory liaising, and the transition to uncrewed vessels. As the founding chairperson of MASS People and co-chair at IMarEST's Maritime Autonomous Ships Special Interest Group, I've focused on aligning maritime technology with human skills and setting standards for future workforce competencies. My journey in the maritime sector has spanned roles from Deck Cadet to leadership positions, where I've honed skills in strategic planning, maritime safety, and operational efficiency. I am passionate about fostering innovation and safety in maritime operations and am always eager to connect and collaborate on initiatives driving the industry forward.
