About Ross McCarthy

I am a Social Impact, DEI & Belonging Program Manager who believes in the power of companies to change the world for the better. In my employee engagement role for Salesforce in Ireland I helped shape and drive forward one of the best company cultures in the world. As an ESG/CSR professional I have used my skills to manage corporate volunteering for over employees, along with creating and developing transformative relationships with non for profits. My career history is diverse with work experiences from the United Nations in Sierra Leone to Communications with MSF/DWB; and from management consulting with EY in Ireland, to the BBC in Rome. I gained a strong understanding of international business and development from degrees in Commerce International from UCD & Economic Development and Finance from the University of Glasgow. As my career has shown I am passionate about positive change and campaigning, specifically in the areas of education, disability inclusion, human rights and nature restoration & biodiversity.
