About Ross Middlekauff

My purpose: To help clients enhance their current state of fitness, health and wellbeing, and standard of living. However, above all, have these individual OWN the process that leads to enhancement. My Vision: Inspire, encourage, guide, and motivate every single client that I work with via a system that encompasses mindset, movement, nutrition, and regeneration. My Mission: To enhance the client’s current state of fitness, health and wellbeing, and standard of living, their journey must start with WHY. Defining their why will lead to the purpose of not only what and why they are doing what they do, but, it will help identify and characterize their strength and conditioning program – leading to a performance program with intent. The methods used in designing and implementing their custom performance will stem from current evidence-based research, practical experience, and a collective blend of the four pillars of training: mindset, movement, nutrition, and regeneration.
