Established, planned and delivered numerous, award winning, digital transformational programs dealing with local, state and federal regulatory (red tape) requirements/stakeholders; researched, designed, tested and launched new, end to end, innovative (disrupter) digital platform and omni channel government services for Australian businesses and citizens; developed multiple, streamlined, customer centric solutions to solve real world customer problems, three enterprise grade law enforcement, electronic evidence management systems; worked with the Chief Scientist and NSW Health to design, build and implement end to end, paperless forensic information, analysis and workflow solutions (example DNA full lifecycle) for over 30 separate laboratories covering over 100 scientific-medical processes across 550 jurisdictions; introduced innovative logistics solutions utilising barcode and RFID tracking technologies to manage and track millions of physical items and records. Experienced in establishment of Programme/Project Boards, Technical and Business streams, structure and resources, User Groups and Subject Matter Experts, UX/UI design, Customer research streams, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy/Plans, Risk Management Frameworks, Quality Assurance and Programme/Project Plans and Benefits measures.
