About Ross Schweiger

I am a Midwest born - Pacific Northwest attuned transplant from the Black Hills of South Dakota. Over 10 years ago I finally followed the draw to the PNW that had been with me for years and moved myself to Portland, OR. Having spent those years furthering my experience in the digital landscape in the areas of digital operations, content management, user experience, and brand marketing, I am now looking for a new challenge, to take my eclectic background and continue my career in a direction I can be passionate about. My strength is the ability to take an empathic view towards my work. It has always been my philosophy that the strongest relationships you can build with a client, customer, or even coworker are through genuine communication. In marketing, it is not enough to simply build a story around your brand. We need to listen to the stories of the people who identify with it and attempt to truly bring the brand alive for them from their perspective. In the day to day, I take every opportunity to open or expand lines of communication to ensure clear purpose and timely, accurate results. What I hope to achieve in any position is to break through the noise to make those real connections in order to deliver an always improving consumer experience.
