A highly experienced senior management consultant, program manager and Professional Services executive specialising in helping organisations realise their customer excellence goals. My specific areas of of expertise include technology strategy development, Customer Management Strategy, Business Case business case development, customer value proposition, process refinement, customer excellence assessment and CRM/ERP and Marketing Automation technology evaluation and implementation. Coupled with these disciplines I have a very strong program management background that ensures that our customers visions are converted to reality. I had the privilege to build a successful consulting and education practice at Customer Connect Australia with John Turnbull, which has served a broad range of industry sectors including FMCG, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Industry Superannuation, Telecommunications, Higher Education and major No-for Profit organisations. As a Senior Project and Advisory Consultant for Nexon Asia Pacific, I have responsibility for developing and delivering strategic consulting engagements along with major Project and Program Management responsibilities for Nexon customers. I am passionate about supporting customers to realise true strategic value from their investment in technology especially business technology applications. I continue to maintain an adjunct principal lecturer position with UTS for cap-stone courses for the Post Graduate Project Management Program. I am a volunteer outdoor adventure guide.
