About Ross Stevenson

While working at Worldline Global, I applied my expertise in cybersecurity and DevOps to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the company's North American PCI Production Environment. I have worked with a diverse and collaborative team of engineers, developers, and analysts to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of systems and applications, using tools such as Ansible, Bash, Powershell, Terraform and Elastic Stack. I also foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, by implementing best practices, standards, and policies for DevOps and cybersecurity across the organization. Before joining Worldline, I was a System Administrator supporting the backend web infrastructure at BC Cancer's Genome Sciences Centre, where I improved the automation pipelines at the GSC, while supporting the research and analysis of genomic data. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, where I developed a strong foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. I value collaboration, creativity, and excellence in my work, and I strive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and stakeholders.
