About Ross Tierney
I use human-centred design to create intuitive, innovative products and services to address global health challenges. I believe empathy, passion and creativity are the three attributes that drive me to create great products and services. Underpinned by a rigorous scientific approach learned during my PhD, I practice the balance of the rapid iteration cycles of design, complimented with a more detailed, academic approach to create something that all of the stakeholders will enjoy using. I aim to inspire the next generation of designers/engineers/entrepreneurs to work on meaningful projects during my lectures and public speaking events. I am currently a visiting lecturer for the Global Masters of Public Health at Imperial College London and for Masters for Social and Sustainable Innovation at Queen Mary University London.
