About Ross Ward

I am a target driven individual who excels in managing teams to achieve exceptional results. I focus on engaging staff and creating a positive target driven environment. I have previously worked as an Area Manager in Retail Operations. I have previously worked in Project Management and Sales functions in Financial Services. I also have an interest in current affairs and law, I have a strong academic background having acheived a Bachelor of Civil Law degree in UCD graduating in 2008 as well as holding a Diploma in Private Medical Insurance through the Irish Institute of Insurance as well as undertaking various leadership, management and project management courses. On a personal level my key interests centre around sports. I am drawn to most sports and although never outstanding in any specific sport myself and willing to try my hand at any sport. In the past, I enjoy sport and primarily play football. I also regularly undertake organised runs varying in distance up to half-marathons and also enjoy cycling and have in the past completed both the Ring of Kerry and Wicklow 200 cycles.
