Experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader, who proactively engages with broad stakeholder groups to support organisational transformation and culture change, culminating in significant impact on people, performance and customer outcomes. I've had the privilege of working with iconic multinational and Australian organisations including Woolworths, nbn Co, TAL, CBA, Vodafone, QBE and Macquarie Group Limited, in addition to spending three years leading LGBTQ+ consulting for a client group of ASX200 companies, tertiary institutions, National & State Sporting Organisations and all levels of the Public Sector. In line with my passion for creating a smoother road for others in the queer community, I served from 2017-2022 as a Board Director and President of Wear it Purple, and in 2024 joined The Pinnacle Foundation as a Non-Executive Director. Growing up in regional Australia, on Wiradjuri Land (Wagga Wagga) instilled a passion and commitment to reconciliation, partnering with First Nations people and community to bring about sustainable change, in and out of the workplace.
