About Ross Wheat

My passion for people & business management was curated successfully through the printing industry from a seemingly meaningless paper airplane consisting of chemical reactions through ink and water onto paper. Pantone color matching, sequences of switches and speeds endlessly learned, while minimizing waste of precious trees turned into white paste and stripped of imperfections less tolerably allowed than the walls you dwell within. These lessons and the craft I learned every day were poised to land on a mantle of memories preserved in the mind and hearts of loved ones proud of the accomplishment. Yet also carelessly folded during boredom to see how far my ink, my paper, and my prior expertise and subject matter profession would fly across thousands as the A-Z countdown commenced of those high school graduates for that one name to be called, to walk across that stage and receive a diploma also conspicuously represented on yet another sheet of paper with a similar story to be travelled. We as successful printers took pride in creating whatever it was that makes your heart smile when you pull that memory out of a box and recall the moment flooding your mind and soul with emotions. That is why I printed. That is why “the brand” matters. I am proud of what I do. But I don’t just print anymore! I trigger emotions once long forgotten for many many years to come. And I am able to do so thankfully on a global scale in a completely different industry, yet at its core the people matter most above all else!
