About Ross Wilson

I am a highly organised and focused professional who is enthusiastic, eager to learn and driven by high standards. Currently a Senior Manager at GT leading royalty audits on behalf of brand owners and IP holders. Previously, I was with PwC since 2012, in which time I completed the ICAEW ACA qualification,(all first time passes) and also graduated from Newcastle University achieving a 1st class BA (Hons) degree in Business, Accounting and Finance. A unique degree run in partnership with PwC, ICAEW and Newcastle University which included the completion of 3 successful placements at PwC. My experiences are wide ranging covering a variety of different industries and business structures. This includes working with listed (FSTE 100) businesses, private equity backed ventures, privately owned SMEs and also includes working on cross border engagements. My passion for sport is where I have gained many of my personal attributes such as the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. I am confident, conscientious, and hard working with good interpersonal and communication skills. I am continually looking for the next opportunity to develop my skill set/career, and I am open minded to what the next challenge might be. I seek to continue my current hard work and dedication with the aim of building a successful career within the accountancy profession.
