I am an accomplished professional, with a proven track record for delivering strategic business initiatives for Citi. I have on-boarded several large Investment Management companies. For example, the lift out of Standard Life Investments & Aegon Asset Management in Edinburgh or the migration of trade processing and settlements for Dimensional Fund Advisors, Pioneer Investment Management and Invest AD, the first Middle Eastern Client to enter the outsourcing arena. I have a great history of delivering system and process improvements for the business as usual teams. The return of investment was either a reduction in manual work load, a reduction in the resources required or the complete removal of process, platforms and any associated costs. I have many years of experience managing teams from four people up to forty five people and or matrix managing others in multiple locations. I am a very dependable team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a very good listener. I have great negotiating skills, with a pragmatic approach to achieving my team, personal or project goals and delivering results for the business as a whole.
