I am a microscopy technician at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where I train scientists on a variety of microscopes available at our Analytical Imaging Facility. I grew up in Israel, in a town called Hod HaSharon, and moved to the United States with my parents and older brother when I was 10 years old. I have research experience from my graduate and undergraduate career at Binghamton and a summer ‘21 internship at SUNY Upstate Medical University called Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF). My graduate research at Binghamton University focused on studying the effects of titanium dioxide (TiO2) metal nanoparticles on an in vitro model of the small intestine.
