Spearheading and leading the Legal IT (L2/L3) for over 15 resources, rendering Application Support for Legal Reporting of Data suite of applications • Belonging to Enterprise Legal Management space in Deutsche, responsible for liaising with Business users to form process re-engineering and automation of manual tasks in order to reduce the E2E time taken for collating data to generate reports. • Working with multiple Application / Technical Teams, Architects, Security Officers, Managers, and Business Users, reviewing and documenting workloads, system dependencies and business requirements • Working on setting-up SLO/SLI for the system and reducing TOIL, thus meeting stakeholders’ expectations • Liaising with Internal/External Auditors and DB Group of Panel facing Regulators on IT SOPs & Internal Policies, ensuring compliance • Leading the strategic decision of Re-platforming existing Qlikview Reports. Serving the techno-functional role while migrating all contentious matter management and billing and tendering reports to new platform by remaining on top of all the logic and reasoning behind each aspect of report while developing them on Tableau and SAP Business Objects. • As a part of L3 function, responsible for serving the Legal Ops and Business users for every production issue arising out of ELM application (Enterprise Legal Management) based on TeamConnect tool.
