I am an enthusiastic and motivated HR and People Operations Professional who loves helping people! Being able to make contributions to people’s careers and encouraging their growth is where I thrive. I have worked in multiple types of industries and have experience in implementing People Ops best practices to improve the employee experience, managing employee data and continuously finding ways to streamline processes. I love focusing on the employee onboarding experience and how I can make that better. I can build relationships across all levels and I genuinely care for people. I believe that a team member within an organization is just as important as a customer of that organization.
