As an observability engineer at Zensar Technologies, I have over almost 13 years of experience in infrastructure management services, operations, and implementations, with a focus on proactive performance monitoring and management, service operations, and site reliability engineering. I am passionate about designing, building, and maintaining resilient and scalable solutions that ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of complex and critical applications and systems. In my current role, I leverage various tools and technologies, such as Dynatrace, DataDog, Azure App Insight, SolarWinds DPA, and Broadcom UIM, to monitor and fine-tune the client, server, database, application, and user experience performance. I also practice site reliability engineering standards and demonstrate a deep understanding of transaction processing, multi-tier application development, web infrastructure, and synthetic transaction monitoring. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define meaningful metrics, identify critical points in application workflow, and lead appropriate corrective actions.
