I am an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager with extensive management and leadership proficiency in the Food and Manufacturing Industry. I have extensive knowledge and experience within production, process engineering, projects and maintenance field concerning, machinery, instrumentation, HSA, EPA, Seveso, manufacturing processes, new product introduction, APQP, purchase of machinery, breakdowns, preventative and predictive maintenance, continuous improvement and project management. My work ethic is of the highest integrity, and I am constantly driven to implement new procedures, processes, control systems and improvements to enhance the product quality, quantity and improve the accuracy of reporting to reduce engineering related waste(Muda). My well-honed leadership skills enable me to get the best out of my team in a happy and constructive environment.
