Hi. I am Rovee Puno, currently working as a Client Finance and Billing Executive at GroupM Media. I am managing the clients' finance account from billing till collection of payments, including daily focus on Working Capital Management, Client Coordination and Communication strategies. I am responsible for all functions within Accounts Receivables, AR Ageing Analysis, Invoicing of Ads and verification of tax invoices/tax credit notes according to VAT compliance requirements and supporting documentation in accordance with Audit principles. I monitor receivable collections periodically, analyze accounts receivable aging report, recommend and implement action plan for overdue accounts. I organize weekly meeting with the client to track progress with special focus on sorting issues. I also reconcile client accounts and report the discrepancies. I verify, classify and post day to day financial transactions. I am the one responsible in the preparation of Month End Closing Reports. I ensure that unbilled and AR Ageing are at the minimum level. I collaborate with Client Servicing Team for resolving any relevant customer related issues. I generate Annual/Monthly Spends Report as per requirement. I also manage all documentation related to customer agreements, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, assist in SOX internal/external audit and I'm the one managing Client Queries, Delivery of Reports, Client Communication. Before joining GroupM, I worked as a Trade Marketing Coordinator of IFFCO group of companies. I am handling Biscuits and Snacks Category (TIFFANY), and Oils and Fats (Emirates Refining Co, which is one of the largest business unit of IFFCO). I am in charge in preparing and monitoring the promotion plan across UAE for the above mention categories and to ensure that the Trade marketing Investment is in accordance with plan and approved by all the business unit heads. Also, I am doing the Daily, Monthly, and Annual sales report for each business unit in order to track and monitor the performance of each business channels up to the Sales representative performance. With this strict monitoring and implementation Trade marketing Investments plan and Sales, we were able to achieve our monthly and Annual Target. and still maintain its current stock position in the market, being one of the top brands among its competitors. Before working here in Dubai, I used to work in my Home country Philippines as School Auditor and Assistant to the President of Eastwoods Education System (Group of Schools).
