About Rovin Dcruz

With an ambition to become a well-rounded inventor like Tony Stark, I pursued the field of engineering. I am adept in: • Designing Mechanical components. • Building electronic circuits. • C Language. • HTML. • PLC Programming. • Robotics. I also have basic knowledge of: • Python. • GUI design. • CSS. Having completed my Mechanical Engineering from India, I moved to New Zealand to pursue my Master of Engineering Practice in Mechatronics from Victoria University of Wellington. I currently work at United Machinists Ltd, Dunedin. I work in the R&D department, thus putting R&D, in not just my initials but also my job description. In my free time, I enjoy writing stories. I enjoy the rush from thinking about the suspenseful elements of the stories. To date, I published three crime-thriller novels on Amazon and am in the process of writing my fourth. During my undergrad, I was also one of the founding members of the Drama club at my college. As a member of the club, I have also participated in many inter-collegiate as well as national level competitions. We have even won a few of those competitions.
