Throughout my career in banking, aerospace, manufacturing, and IT, I have established a solid foundation in leadership, change management, and fostering a robust workplace culture that values everyone’s unique contributions. My diverse experience across client service, sales, and human resources has equipped me with a broad perspective and the ability to navigate a variety of challenges and opportunities, all of which support my current work in Diversity and Inclusion. Although Diversity and Inclusion can often seem complex, at its core, it is fundamentally about “respect.” I am passionate about my work because I see firsthand the positive impact it delivers empowering individuals, providing opportunities, awakening potential, and driving meaningful change within organizations. In my view, the ability to champion Diversity and Inclusion remains one of the most critical competencies for leaders aspiring to achieve excellence. I remain committed to continuously seeking out and embracing “the difference that makes the difference.”
