As the Director of Training at Sandstone Care, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about empowering staff and alumni to achieve their full potential. With over 6.5 years of experience in this role, I have developed a strong expertise in staff empowerment, alumni support, and operations coordination. My mission is to create a supportive community that fosters recovery, healthy fun, and purpose. I am committed to finding the right people for our team and helping them align with our core values. I also oversee the development of our alumni program, which provides ongoing support and resources to former clients as they transition into their next chapter. I hold a Wilderness First Responder certification from SOLO Wilderness Medical School, which enables me to provide emergency medical care in remote or wilderness environments.
