About Rowan Hills

I am a IT expert with a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM). I have extensive experience in identifying issues in service delivery, developing strategies to resolve them and managing the ongoing service delivery function. Utilising a customer first approach I have developed a reputation for building strong relationships and delivering win-win solutions in even the most difficult situations. I have extensive experience working with organisations to ensure practical compliance with GDPR. This involves ensuring it is appropriately tied together with the Service Delivery processes as well as other accreditations. I was a key member of a team who delivered ISO27001 certification for a relatively new business. I also have experience ensuring Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) are practically implemented in business to maintain complaince. Recently I was also charged with bringing the organisations in line with its target for NIST. This meant an intensive program of works to reduce cyber security risk, improve process and shift large sections of infrastructure into Azure. Data Leak Protection (DLP) and other elements of Office 365 such as Multi Factor Authentication and Azure AD were also implemented to drive this score up in a cost effective manner. In 2018 I finished my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with AGSM. This combined with my background gives me a high level of commercial acumen, people management experience, both theory as well as hands on and technical skill.
