Background

About Rowan Kopishke

I am a graduate of Boston University, with a degree in Biology with specialization in Behavioral Bio. This mainly means that I was given the opportunity to explore many fields of study related to behavior, including psychology, neuroscience. With that, I was afforded many opportunities to study and research many fields. I hope to be able to expand on those experiences, and put those experiences to use in my main professional goal of working in conservation science, animal care, and education.Personally, I pride myself on being a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of research. The persistence necessary to fully achieve my personal and professional goals has also been one of the best drivers of my success so far. My interests in visual and performance arts have helped train me into creative ways of thinking that allow me to approach problems in new ways, while gaining an understanding of how people communicate.
