About Rowan Logie

I’m best able to help solve the biggest threat to life in earth - climate change - by supporting technology ventures. I've founded a dozen start-ups, advised over 100 businesses on growth and scaling, served in director roles, led deep tech development, raised capital, and project managed large renewables. To optimise my impact I founded and am still growing NET - an evergreen venture capital fund. We identify real industry decarbonisation bottlenecks before others and hunt for new technology ventures to solve them before others. Mostly in Europe but globally too. I’ve founded, led, and advised ventures ahead of the curve in green ammonia, micro-grids, smart batteries, clean-tech AI, predictive analytics for energy efficiency, green energy IoT sensors, carbon blockchain provenance, high quality LED lighting, wind, wave, geothermal & algae power, food production methods that sequester carbon, and critical minerals for clean energy. This is through Australia, the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa. After graduating in the top 2% and receiving 1st Class Honours at Masters level, I researched human-AI augmentation for a PhD at Australia's #1 University, ANU, and have published papers. People say I'm useful for organising the complexity of ventures into executable and tell-able strategic narratives, and for reading people and predicting futures. This is helped by global networks of diverse experts to collaboratively create value with. My other interests include parenting, reading classics, painting, snowboarding, still trying to learn French, writing poetry, publicly humiliating climate deniers, and playing music.
