About Rowan Vaught

Social media marketing, fashion design, and sustainability became newfound passions I had the privilege of studying while earning my BA in Communications at the University of Louisville. While my focus was journalism and media, I explored every topic I could including event planning, technical sewing, and sustainable development strategies. My work experience has fostered these interests and put my communications degree to the test - from advertising luxury items via social media to explaining design prototypes to manufacturers to negotiating prices with billion-dollar companies. My organization, attention to detail, and fierce over-achieving mindset were rewarded with being hired on as the first and only Fast Track Program Specialist at Total Quality Logistics. I'm thrilled to combine my creativity and first-hand knowledge of the Fast Track program to showcase TQL as the best place for people to find exponential personal and career growth, just as I have. Ask me about how I tripled my team's sales goal through one Instagram post, my latest golf round, or the time I won the Kentucky Derby!
