About Rowan Williams

Assistant Video Editor at Totem, currently based in Brisbane, Queensland. Alongside my work with Totem, I study full time - currently in my final year of my Bachelor of Film and Screen Media Production at Griffith Film School. Born and raised in Tweed Heads on the sunny Gold Coast, I grew up with a strong creative drive - studying music, acting and film throughout my school life, as well as pursuing a number of extracurricular opportunities in these areas. Making homemade TV shows and music videos with my siblings, anyone around me from a young age knew I’d be determined to make it in the creative industry. Editing short films, social media content, documentary and promotional content, I use my keen digital eye throughout my work. Community and passion is at the heart of everything I do. I’ve taken the opportunity to be an Events Manager for student clubs such as UQ K-Nation and Griffith Screen Society, as well as foster my own smaller communities for bands I am passionate about, running fan-pages and successful community events. My passion for events also extends into my love for social media design and management.
