A significant aspect of my responsibilities involves overseeing the LightFair Mentorship Program. This includes managing mentors and mentees, organizing meetings, providing guidelines, and solicitating feedback to facilitate a successful mentorship experience. To bolster show attendance, I proactively conduct in-person visits at industry shows, as assigned, to cultivate new prospects, forge vital attendee relationships, and identify and prioritize attendees within our database. I also identify, analyze, and assess strategic opportunities that contribute to attendee development, collaborating with show teams to execute plans aimed at attracting approved target attendees.
